File Conversion is an information-society service: a free, publicly available still-image converter that runs in the visitor’s browser. It is not a paid distance contract. There is no shopping cart, no account, and no electronic payment on this hostname.
The Service offers exactly six conversions: JPEG → PNG, JPEG → WebP, PNG → JPEG, PNG → WebP, WebP → JPEG, and WebP → PNG. Other pairs return 404.

No company registration number, CUI, or VAT identification number is published for this Service. Providing a free browser tool is not presented here as a VAT-taxable supply.
